you don't know where you want to go but it only really matters where you've been. and even though we come through your town leaving always means we lose more than we win and it's easy to be lonely when home is calling. and when i open my eyes i can see my life is falling. i want to say hello with no goodbye i wish you'd see, i'm hurting so bad touring's a fad you all come to see us play at night song after song it never seems to get old but even though we're in the spotlight it's such a large price to pay for solid gold.
